It is easy to forget that credit cards differentiate themselves on things other than rates, miles. and fees.  American Express and Visa signature cards add one year to a manufacturers warranty.  Of course you likely will need to fully document the purchase with credit card receipts and moon charts.

Xbox modchip installer case dropped

After winning a Motion in Limine to prohibit the defense from claiming fair use, the prosecution abruptly dropped its case against college student Matthew Crippen on the 2nd day of trial.  This would have been the first case involving the anti-circumvention provision of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act as applied to video game consoles.
